  • 07:35h – first bell
  • 07:40h – second bell & move for assembly
  • Kindly ensure that your children reach school by 0730h. School gates will close sharp at 0740h.


Summer Uniform:


Class I to V : Grey Shorts, white shirt, grey socks, black shoes, APS belt & Tie.

Class VI to XII: Grey trouser, white shirt, grey socks, black shoes, APS belt & Tie.


Class I to VIII : Grey skirt, , white shirt, grey socks, black shoes with red school ribbons , APS belt & Tie.

Class IX to XII : Grey Kameez with ‘V’ neck, white salwar, white cotton dupatta, red ribbons.

Wednesday Uniform:

(House dress: T Shirt – Red, Blue, Yellow & Green)


Class I to XII : House T-Shirt with white short/pant


Class I to VIII : House T-Shirt with white skirtGirls

Class IX – XII : White Kameez with ‘V’ neck, white salwar with house coloured duppatta, white socks and white shoes.

Winter Uniform:

Grey pull over ‘V’ neck without collar.


  • Every student must bring his/her dairy to school every day.
  • Students are not allowed to wear jewellery and they should not be carrying money to school unnecessarily.
  • The school gate will be close sharp at 0730hrs. Students who come late will be fined. Students entering the school premises must be in their school uniform at all times.
  • Children must reach school at least 10 minutes before the bell for assembly. They should leave the school not later than 20 minutes after the school closes.
  • Once the student reports to the school he/she will not be permitted to leave the school to visit hospital etc. Such students should stay back and apply for leave well in time.
  • Students are cautioned not to leave the school campus after giving attendance without proper permission. Surprise checks will be carried out and strict disciplinary action will be taken against defaulters.
  • Students who come to school in the care of servants should never leave before the servant arrives. Those who go home alone should not loiter about on the way, but be prompt in returning home.
  • The school uniform is compulsory. Children must be dressed up soberly on their birthdays.
  • Damaging school property is an offence. Such matters will be viewed seriously. Any damage done will be made good by the one who does it.
  • The name, class and section of the student should be clearly marked on all his/her belongings, including sweaters, ties and belts.
  • Parents will not be allowed to visit their children or teachers in the class room without prior permission of the Principal, except on days mentioned in the school calendar.


  • Parents shall meet the teachers only on open house days. Parents are requested not to disturb the teachers or go to their classes during school hours. For any emergency, parents may contact the school office to obtain permission from the Principal.
  • Parents can meet the teachers on fourth Saturday of every month between 1000h and 1100h.


  • Every absence (due to sickness of otherwise) must be entered briefly in the leave record pages towards the end of the school diary and signed by parents.
  • For leave of absence of 1 to 3 days it is sufficient to apply through the page of the school diary. For leave of absence more than 3 days, letter must be sent duly signed by the parents. Leave for more than seven days will not be granted except on extreme medical/compassionate grounds.


  • Hair and nails should be clean. Nails should be cut regularly, hair should be free of lice.
  • If a child is suspected of having any contagious disease, he/she should not be sent to school unless fitness certificate by the doctor is produced.
  • If ill during the unit test/exam, the child will not be allowed for retest/re-exam. However, weightage may be given for extreme genuine cases.
  • If the child has any ailment or allergy, the parent should inform the school about it.
